Industrial-grade Linear Rails.
We introduce industrial-grade transmission technology to desktop fabrication—steel guiderails made by CNC grinding at micron level. This leads to a significant raise in precision, rigidity and durability.
400mm × 400mm × 400mm.
Create big or multiple objects as you please in 400 mm × 400 mm × 400 mm large work area.
Quick swap toolheads.
Quick swap platforms and toolheads let you shift between 3 functions in 1 minute.
Quick swap platforms.
Quick swap platforms and toolheads let you shift between 3 functions in 1 minute.
All-metal design.
While inheriting Snapmaker’s signature all-metal design, Artisan also comes with an upgraded one-piece die-cast base plate in a larger size. It’s as steady as a rock even during high-speed CNC machining.
Laser Class 1 safety.
We embedded door-detection sensor in the Enclosure, gyro sensor and temperature sensor in the Laser module, Emergency Stop Button in the Integrated Controller. Your safety is in good hands.
3-in-1 software.
The tailor-made software Snapmaker Luban provides concise and easy-to-follow configuration workflow of 3D printing, and laser and CNC machining. Excel in 3 fabrication methods with 1 software.
Ultra-wide 7" Touchscreen.
Vision broader. Workflow smoother. UI design more intuitive. And operation that fits ergonomics better.
Dual extrusion 3D printing highlights.
Dissolvable support printing.
Soak the print, and the supports dissolve, leading to a smooth surface and excellent dimensional accuracy. When you are looking for complex geometry, hollow structures, and exquisite details, this is for you.
Breakaway support printing.
Breakaway filament offers the same support as normal materials but is much easier to remove without the need for further post-processing.
Quick Swap Hot Ends.
The Hot End is easily removable in 5 seconds. Luban will automatically recognize the hot end you use, and get printing parameters ready for use. Quick swap also makes it easy to use different materials on the walls and the infill.
Vibration compensation.
With advanced motion control algorithm and industrial-grade linear modules, Artisan features a high dimensional accuracy when printing at a high speed.
10W laser engraving and cutting highlights.
Cutting-edge laser beam combining technology.
Empowered by the Laser Beam Splitters and beam shaping optics, the laser module features a 10W high power.
Upgraded camera capture.
The wide-angle camera captures your material in one take and lets you get an instant preview of your laser job in Luban.
200W CNC machining highlights.
6× faster CNC machining.
Compared with Snapmaker 2.0, the CNC module of Artisan has increased by 300% in power and 50% in maximum spindle speed, making it 6 times faster in machining on hardwood like beech.
A wider variety of materials.
You can now choose from a wider variety of materials for CNC as well. The 200W CNC Module is capable of precision machining of hardwood (beech, walnut), jade and other hard materials with ease.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How are Snapmaker Artisan and Snapmaker 2.0 compatible with other modules and addons?
2. What are the differences between Artisan Linear Modules and Snapmaker 2.0 TMC Linear Modules?
The Artisan Linear Modules are embedded with sophisticated steel guiderails made by CNC grinding at micron level. They are the foundation for Artisan to perform high-precision 3D Printing, Laser Engraving, and CNC Carving. The X Axis and Y Axes adopt Gates synchronous belts with a lead of 40 mm, and the Z Axes adopt T-slot screws with a lead of 8 mm. The maximum printing speed is 180 mm/s.
The Snapmaker 2.0 TMC Linear Modules adopt T-slot screws and shaft rollers. The leads of X Axis, Y Axes, and Z Axes are 20 mm, 20 mm, and 8 mm respectively. The maximum printing speed is 100 mm/s. Artisan Linear Modules and Snapmaker 2.0 TMC Linear Modules are incompatible and thus cannot be used interchangeably.
3. What payment methods do Snapmaker Artisan support?
We support the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, and VISA. When Snapmaker Artisan is out of pre-sale, we support Affirm for installment payment.
