The additional 8% Upgrade Incentive discount applies to eligible add-ons and filament purchased together with the new Snapmaker printer. Purchases made separately may not qualify for the Upgrade Incentive discount.

The 8% Upgrade Incentive discount can be combined with the New Subscriber Discount and the Filament Bulk Sale Discount, provided that the applicable purchase meets the requirements of each promotion. It cannot be combined with other Snapmaker discount codes or coupons.

Yes. The 8% Upgrade Incentive discount can be used together with Snapmaker Gift Cards. Multiple Gift Cards can be applied to the same eligible purchase.

Yes. Existing Snapmaker U1 owners can also participate in the Upgrade Incentive Program.
If you already own a Snapmaker U1, simply provide a valid purchase invoice, receipt, or order confirmation for your U1 and complete the Upgrade Incentive application form to apply for an 8% discount on your next Snapmaker U1 or Artisan purchase.
Please note that each U1 printer is eligible for only one Upgrade Incentive discount. The same U1 cannot be used to apply for multiple Upgrade Incentive discounts. The Upgrade Incentive discount cannot be applied to previous or existing orders.

Yes. Your new Snapmaker printer is covered by the applicable Snapmaker warranty, just like a regular purchase. For more details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
