Snapmaker 30-Day Price Match Policy

At Snapmaker, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing you're getting great value every time you purchase from our Official Online Store.

If the listed price of an eligible product purchased from the Snapmaker Official Online Store is reduced within 30 calendar days of your purchase, you may be eligible to receive the price difference as a Snapmaker Gift Card.

Eligibility

To qualify for a price adjustment, all of the following conditions must be met:
1. The order was placed through the Snapmaker Official Online Store.
2. The request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the payment date.
3. The product is the same model, configuration, and sales region as the original purchase.
4. The product is currently available for purchase on the Snapmaker Official Online Store.
5. The product is not a clearance item, final sale item, or otherwise excluded from this policy unless explicitly stated.
6. The product's regular listed price has been reduced during the eligible period.

Scope

Eligible Orders

This policy applies only to purchases made through the Snapmaker Official Online Store.
Orders placed through third-party platforms or sales channels—including but not limited to Amazon, authorized distributors, resellers, retailers, or marketplaces—are not eligible for price adjustments and are subject to the pricing policies of the original seller.

Items Excluded from Calculation

The following are not included when calculating the price adjustment:
• Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.)
• Shipping fees
• Optional services
• Gift Card payments
• Coupons, promotional codes, loyalty rewards, membership discounts, or any other order-level discounts

Price Adjustment Calculation

The price adjustment is calculated using the following formula:
Price Adjustment Amount = Original Product Price − Current Product Price
Where:

Original Product Price

The product's listed price at the time the order was placed, before any coupons, Gift Cards, promotional discounts, taxes, shipping fees, or other deductions were applied.

Current Product Price

The product's listed price is displayed on the Snapmaker Official Online Store at the time the price adjustment request is submitted, before any coupons, Gift Cards, promotional discounts, taxes, shipping fees, or other deductions are applied.
If the calculated amount is less than or equal to $0, no price adjustment will be issued.
The following pricing is not eligible for comparison:  
• Regional pricing
• Private or invitation-only offers
• Personalized promotions
• Employee pricing
• Business or enterprise pricing
• Goodwill credits or compensation vouchers
• Pricing errors or obvious mispricing

Price Adjustment Examples

To help clarify how the price adjustment is calculated, please refer to the following examples:

Example 1 – Eligible for a Price Adjustment

Original purchase:
• Product Price: $999
• Coupon Applied: -$100
• Amount Paid: $899

Current product price:
• Product Price: $949

Price adjustment:
$999 − $949 = $50

Result: A $50 Snapmaker Gift Card, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, will be issued.

Example 2 – Not Eligible for a Price Adjustment

Original purchase:
• Product Price: $999
• Coupon Applied: -$50
• Amount Paid: $949

Current product price:
• Product Price: $999
• Coupon Available: -$100
• Current Purchase Price: $899

Price adjustment:
$999 − $999 = $0

Price adjustments are calculated using the original product price and the current product price before any coupons, promotional discounts, Gift Cards, taxes, or shipping fees are applied.
Although a $100 coupon is currently available, the product's listed price remains $999. Since the listed product price has not decreased, no price adjustment will be provided.

Compensation Method

Approved price adjustments will be issued as a Snapmaker Gift Card.

Gift Cards:
• Are issued electronically via email.
• Equal the approved price adjustment amount.
• Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
• Can only be used on the Snapmaker Official Online Store.

How to Request a Price Adjustment

To request a price adjustment, please click the button below to submit your request. Our team will review your submission and verify your eligibility.
If approved, your request will normally be processed within 1–2 business days, and your Snapmaker Gift Card will be issued via email.

Non-Eligible Situations

Price adjustments will not be provided if:
• The request is submitted more than 30 calendar days after the payment date.
• The product, configuration, SKU, or sales region does not match the original purchase.
• The order has been cancelled or fully refunded.
• The product price has not decreased.
• The price difference results solely from coupons, promotional codes, Gift Cards, membership discounts, or other order-level discounts.
• The pricing results from a system error or an obvious pricing mistake.
• The request cannot be verified using Snapmaker's order records.
• A price adjustment has already been approved for the same order.

Post-Compensation & Risk Control

Refund After Compensation

If an order is refunded after a price adjustment has been issued:
• Any unused Gift Card issued under this policy will be cancelled.
• If the Gift Card has already been used, its redeemed value may be deducted from the refund amount, where permitted by applicable law.

Abuse Prevention

Snapmaker reserves the right to reject requests, revoke issued compensation, or limit future eligibility if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected, including but not limited to:
• Fraudulent or misleading claims
• Repeated abuse of refund or price adjustment policies
• Attempts to manipulate pricing or promotional mechanisms

All eligibility determinations are based on Snapmaker's official order records and pricing data.

Important Notes

• Each eligible order may receive one price adjustment only.
• Price adjustments apply only to eligible products purchased through the Snapmaker Official Online Store.
• This policy does not apply to purchases made through third-party sales channels.
• Snapmaker Gift Cards issued under this policy are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Snapmaker reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or discontinue this policy at any time, subject to applicable law.
