Yes. While all prices are initially displayed in USD, you’ll be able to switch to your local currency when the Kickstarter campaign goes live. The final amount will be automatically calculated based on Kickstarter’s exchange rates for your region.

Once the Snapmaker U1 launches on Kickstarter, we will email the purchase link to the address you used to pay the deposit. Please make sure to use the same email address when placing your order on Kickstarter. After your order is placed and the product ships, we will send you a survey to collect your order details. Following the Kickstarter shipping schedule, we will refund you $100, which includes your initial $30 deposit.

No. The price applies to the Snapmaker U1 3D printer with four print heads and four rolls of 500g Snapmaker Snapspeed PLA filament. It does not include the cover or hardened steel nozzles. Both will be available as separate add-ons for purchase during the Kickstarter campaign.

We’ve completed evaluations and confirmed several add-ons will be available during the Kickstarter campaign. These include the cover, hardened steel nozzles, filament packs (with four-roll and eight-roll options), the SnapDryer set (one Dryer Dock and four SnapDryer Boxes), and the PEI steel sheet. We’re also actively exploring more add-ons based on user feedback. Stay tuned!
