Snapmaker enables you to transform digital creations in to real parts!

received my complete setup in well designed packaging (this was my first surprise for a chinees product.. no offense intended)
the instructions to set it up was also very nice (do pay attention to the details… they are important.. don’t rush..)
as an engineer first thing you do, FW upgrade, went as a breeze
a quick auto calibration, no issues (was not 100% sure if I did the final step right..)
then as my first ever print job, Benchy! .. printed in the 3 default settings (high, normal, low)
they all looked spot on
=> very happy with the product!
Mechanically very well quality, with regards to the cables, that could be a little bit improved (have the enclosure too, and then the cable for the heated bed gets ugly bend by the enclosure, all the cables going from the hub looks a bit messy and the x-axis cable tends to hang it selves behind the x-axis itself, but I believe for most of these issues there is already a fix on thingyvers)

so no I need to have some vacuum that I also can test (without a mess) the CNC function and also the Laser

keep on snapping!

Ps a friend of my bought a cheaper 3D printer (dual head), but he has much more headeags right now.. issues with bedleveling/adhesion/bed plate bended,… so I’m still happy with the more expensive and quality setup!

Great build, love it.

I barely played with it since I just received it last month, so far it’s been great, I’m really looking forward to combine this tech with art glass casting.thanks

Bits review.

Believe it or not, I’ve been so busy with work. I never got the chance to put it together yet.
