300°C Dual Extrusion 3D Printing

Dual Extrusion 3D Printing Module features a max. temperature of 300°C, letting you print with dissolvable and high-performance materials, with an outstanding dimensional accuracy of ± 0.1 mm.

Vibration Compensation

Artisan brings you a top-of-class printing speed while ensuring a high resolution of prints. It is made possible by the optimization of the vibration compensation technology. This technology reduces the vibrations caused by high-speed movements, minimizing ringing to enhance print quality.

Flatness of the PEI Glass Plate

Measuring the standard deviation with the Carl Zeiss Spectrum II 7/10/6, which has a good reputation in the field and is trusted by many for its precision measurement results, each 100 mm× 100 mm cube yields results of less than 0.1 mm, which is within the standard deviation value defined by the PRD.

The flatness of the bed is key to first-layer quality. With the flatness of each 100 mm× 100 mm cube being kept under 0.1 mm, chances for your first layer to warp are decreased, and the print will stick to the bed with ease.

Zone-heated Bed

While your model is placed within the inner zone, the outer zone won't be heated, saving time and energy.

The bed heats up to 60°C in only 2–3 minutes, which is the commonly used temperature for PLA materials.

The high-temp zone (the 260 mm × 260 mm central area on the bed) can heat up to 110℃, which is the recommended temperature for materials such as ABS, HIPS and ASA.

Noise Level Mid-printing

During normal printing, the Artisan has an average noise level of about 50 dB(A)—a typical home or office noise. Feel free to set the Artisan in your living room or study and really spend time with it to check the print in real time.
